Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or our return portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification once our warehouse receives and processes your refund or exchange.
